What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover/Novus, Eurocard), PayPal, check, money order, wire transfer.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?

We mainly use PayPal to handle our purchases, however you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase. After you add your items to the shopping cart and click Checkout, you will be transferred to the PayPal website where you can either log into your existing PayPal account or continue to pay without a PayPal account. At the end of the payment process you will have an option to sign up for a PayPal account, but is it not required. We have additional payment methods available upon request, or you can use this alternative purchase page.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Normally your order is processed immediately. You should receive a confirmation email from us with a Tracking number for your order. After your order is authorized, you should receive another confirmation email with your license information. If you purcahsed and did not receive any confirmation emails from us, please first make sure that any spam filter you may have running did not block or tag our mail as spam/junk.

I cannot purchase because my country is not listed. How can I purchase?

We mainly use PayPal to handle our purchases, however some countries such as South Africa are not available. If your country is not listed, you can use this alternate purchase page, or email us at support@verticalmoon.com and we can give you an alternative purchase link. Please indicate the product/bundle you wish to purchase and for which platform (Macintosh or Windows).

I purchased your software but have not received anything. What should I do?

After your complete your purchase, you should had received a confirmation email from us with a Tracking number for your order. After your order is authorized, you should receive another confirmation email with your license information. If you did not receive any confirmation email from us, please first make sure that any spam filter you may have running did not block or tag our mail as spam/junk. If this is not the case, please email us at support@verticalmoon.com indicating as much of the following information so we can try to track down your order and status: Name, email used for purchasing, Tracking Number, PayPal Transaction ID, time/date of your purchase.

I have received my license information, but cannot activate my software. What should I do?

Make sure you enter in your license information exactly as is appears in your confirmation email. Please note everything is case sensitive. We also suggest you copy and paste values to avoid any confusion between the letters I and O and the numbers 1 and 0. If you still encounter problems, please email support@verticalmoon.com.
